Andrew Turner is an urban development professional focused on promoting a more equitable city. With over 10 years of experience, Andrew has developed a specialism in public private partnerships around complex mixed-use and mixed-income infill projects. He currently works as a development management and business strategy consultant in the Bay Area. Over the last four years, Andrew worked for London’s premier urban regeneration specialist, Argent in a joint venture with the Related Companies. He led the masterplanning and public realm design for the development of Brent Cross South, a new mixed-use district over 180 acres in north London, one of the largest infill projects in Europe. Prior to that, Andrew worked at BRIDGE Housing, California’s largest affordable housing developer in San Francisco and Oakland. Andrew holds a Master’s in Local Economic Development with distinction from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree magna cum laude in Urban Studies from University of Pennsylvania. Andrew is originally from Berkeley, California and resides with his family in Oakland.
